This discussion session is for anyone concerned with nonprofit Governance- Executive Directors, Board Chairs, Board Governance Committee or Finance Committee Chairs or members, etc.  

The panel discussion will be followed by an open Q&A.

Our speakers will include David Dandridge, a former Island Tax Assessor and two well-respected attorneys Michael A. Kehoe and Elizabeth Manchester from Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, in New Bedford. They specialize in representing tax-exempt entities.
