Join us for a 2025 Leadership Intensive!

 Strategic Planning 

Led by: Patricia Floyd, Consultant 

This multi-session program will provide experiential learning of strategic planning as you and your colleagues develop and refine your organization’s strategic plan. Throughout the four, in person, half-day sessions, nonprofit leaders will strengthen their understanding of strategic planning and how it applies to their individual organization. Each participating team will leave the workshop series with a robust, implementable strategic plan and the ability and confidence to repeat this process moving forward.

2025 Board Leader Training

Led by: Mary Kay Leonard, Consultant 

This multi-session leadership training provides new and aspiring leaders of nonprofit boards with the information they need to lead and partner with other board members and with staff to advance the mission of the organizations they serve. 

The Board Leader Training: 

• Builds the capacity of nonprofit board leaders, and thus that of their agencies, by exposing them to concepts critical to good board governance and to best practices for implementing those concepts;

• Creates a space in the workshops for board leaders to share their challenges and learn from each other;

• Builds trust and strengthens the bonds across the participants so that they can continue to rely on each other after the seminar concludes.
