HR Services for Island Nonprofts - Info Session

We are pleased to inform you that there’s now a company on the Vineyard offering a la carte HR services for nonprofits and businesses.

It’s called Optimize HR and it’s run by Tanya Dutra, a certified HR professional, who has worked in HR Management for over 10 years and was most recently Director of HR for Scout Hotel & Resort Management where she was responsible for 6 properties (including the Harbor View Hotel) with 390 employees in the summer.
