Samantha Halem: Samantha regularly counsels clients in all aspects of employment law and is a successful litigator, representing clients before state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. After receiving her A.B. from Stanford University, Ms. Halem earned her juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Ms. Halem served on the Executive Board of the Harvard Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
After graduation, Ms. Halem served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard A. Paez at both the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Halem subsequently worked as an associate in the labor and employment departments of both the California law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and the Boston law firm of Goodwin Procter, LLP. She is a member of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and California Bars.
Ms. Halem has repeatedly been selected by her peers as a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” in the area of employment law and litigation and one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Massachusetts.
