  2. How inclusive meetings strengthen workplace relationships by reducing bias and increasing  psychological safety. 
  3. The attributes of inclusive meetings. 
  4. Guidance on facilitating inclusive meetings to strengthen their workplace relationships. 

Participants will receive the 11-page Leading Inclusive Meetings handout to help them facilitate and lead  inclusive meetings in their workplace. 

About the Speaker

Linda Jenkins provides organization leaders with practical strategic approaches to achieving their missions. Her services enhance their abilities to govern and manage ethically, effectively, and inclusively. Customized services include board assessment and development, strategic planning, and inclusive workplace training. Linda is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where everyone:

Linda has owned her own company,  Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG), for seventeen years. She provides her services virtually and in-person. Through JCG, Linda has completed 90 projects for 68 organizations.
