This event will build on July's talk about the current DEI movement- digging in to next steps and reviewing tools for nonprofit leaders.
Robin will focus specifically on the internal and the external work:
- Internal -is defined as within the individual and within the organization that results in greater accountability to DEI.
- External- is work that centers on the organization's mission and how it achieves impact in the community.
Robin will be outreaching local community leaders about their response to the movement and their organization's ability to make critical changes.
