NIGHT OUT FOR NONPROFITS

Nonprofit Cocktail Hour: 5:30-7pm 
Open to the public: 7pm, $10 donation at the door to support MVNC

On Saturday, May 7th, the Island community is invited to the PA Club in Oak Bluffs for the Second Annual "MVYRADIO Night Out For Nonprofits."

We're holding an off-season party, to celebrate the organizations and the people who care for and support this community.  This event was first held in 2019, and we’re happy that we can once again gather.

MVYRADIO will be providing free food and live music so folks can come, dance the night away, and interact with the people behind many of the important Island organizations who are doing good work on the Vineyard.

To give Islanders a chance to learn about the many services and organizations available to them, we are inviting your nonprofit to provide us with a stack of pamphlets or other information on your organization, that can be used to inform, encourage support, or recruit volunteers.  Please bring whatever you'd like us to display to the radio station at our NEW LOCATION at 489 State Road, West Tisbury by May 2nd.  On the night of the event, information will be on tables at the PA Club, organized by category (Health, Nature, etc).

All nonprofits are invited to send 2 representatives to an early cocktail hour just for nonprofits, from 5:30 to 7pm on the night of the event.  This will be a chance for the nonprofit community to socialize and create connections.  Please let Laurel Redington (laurel@mvyradio.com) know who will be attending, by May 2nd. We will provide name tags with your name and organization, which you can wear throughout the night as you interact with the crowd.

Doors will open at 7pm to the general public.  Rose Guerin and friends will provide the soundtrack to a rocking evening.

We'll collect a suggested donation of $10 at the door (though all are invited, regardless of ability to pay).  Money collected at the door will be given as a grant to the Martha's Vineyard Nonprofit Collaborative who will use the contributions to create a special program for all Island nonprofits.

The event is a celebration of YOU and the work that you and your organization are doing.  We hope you can be a part of the fun!
