Join us for a discussion of the role of development directors, why your organization should have one, and what to do if you don’t. In this highly-interactive session, you’ll prioritize what your organization needs and how you can get there with the resources you have. You’ll also come away with an action plan to achieve your goals, and a strong justification for adding staff resources to focus on fundraising. Most appropriate for nonprofit staff and/or board/committee members of organizations who do not currently have a development director on staff.
